About Us
The office was founded in 1982 by Konstantinos Pontikas. We are interested in creating spaces that work in harmony with the surroundings, having human at its center. We focus mainly on consultancy, residential projects, commercial stores and spaces of special interest.
More than 350 residential projects and 60 stores completed, in the 39 years of the office.
